I can't find the answer to my question. What do I do?

Click on "Contact Us" and let us know what your question is or call on 01309 676 2776. We'll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

Are all of your products in stock?

Yes we only keep things on the site that are in stock. If you would like something in addition, just get in touch

How can I search for small parishes, farms or hamlets?

Please enter the name into the search box. Try the next widest locality that you have . All the parishes are listed in here as well as the old names for counties. Try a modern Google map search to get the wider location and then retry the parish or nearest town you find. If you are totally unable to make the a link to the area you believe is pertinent, then just email on and we will try to locate it. We have found old houses and old farms in this way for people that were best seen on very early maps.

Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?

You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address. We also gift wrap and can add tartan ribbon from different clans or simple tissue. We will try to make it as lovely as we can

What types of payment do you accept?

The main way to pay is by debit or credit card through the online secure Sage Pay system and we also have a Paypal link. We can also take orders over the phone or drop by and collect in person and pay by credit card or cash as best suits you. We do not keep any records of your credit card details once the transaction is made.

When will my order be delivered?

Unless we specify otherwise, we will get your order posted out on the same day or on a Monday morning if you order on the weekend. We use the Royal Mail 1st Class service at Forres Post Office in Moray, Scotland and get a certificate of posting so we know for sure that each item has been sent. We find that it normally arrives with you in the next morning's post.
